Internships FAQs
Do I have to be a graduate to apply for an internship?
No. We welcome applicants from different environments and different backgrounds.
What is the application process?
The application process is quite easy: send us your CV, and we will get back to you with our Application Form to fill in.
Provided that you are successful at the application form screening stage, we will invite you for an interview, depending on your availability for the internship.
If you have been successful with the interview, we will get in touch with an offer.
How long in advance can I apply?
You can apply whenever it is convenient for you – if you are applying long in advance, or even if you are looking for immediate placement. The key is to indicate your availability for the internship
Is there a dress-code?
No. However, you are expected to dress appropriately at all times in relation to your role and occasions.
Does the internship provide visas?
No, unfortunately not.
Is the internship paid?
The internship is paid on the monthly basis, depending on performance and exposure: £650 to £750.
Is it possible to do an internship part-time?
No, unfortunately the internship is run on full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
What are the working hours?
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm, including 1 hour lunch break.
What departments are running internship programmes?
We have internships in Project Management, Talent Management, Quality Assurance and Localisation Engineering.
How long is the internship?
The duration is normally 6 months.
Is it possible to have an internship for 2-3 months?
Unfortunately, not. All our internships are running for 6 months and we are asking applicants to keep it in mind. While we understand it may seem quite a long period of time, however, the experience in the last 7 years has shown that it is the most efficient approach. 6 months provide enough time to complete our training programme, get familiar with the processes in the company, learn workflows, get to know the customers and start becoming more and more independent. The first half of the internship is all about theoretical knowledge, trainings, shadowing sessions and gradual exposure, while the second half of the internship is when an intern is becoming more confident, independent and exposed to other accounts, processes and workflows.
We understand the investment and commitment from our interns’ side, and we appreciate it.
Where does the internship take place?
The internships usually take place in our head offices in Central London. However, for the duration of the global pandemic internships will be run remotely.
Can I have another job or freelance during my internship?
Yes, you can have a part-time job or freelance, provided that it is done outside office hours.
