CodexSafeDrop
CodexSafeDrop allows you to transfer and receive sensitive files securely and set bespoke security parameters, such as additional password encryption and user registration. The platform is protected by a 128bit secure socket layer. In fact, the files are so protected that even our in-house IT department can’t access them without your permission.
Security and simplicity
The virtual data room system has been designed to ensure ease of usability, so no expert knowledge is required to work within this secure environment. This simplicity also means that the virtual rooms system always runs faster and more efficiently than other comparable systems.
Secure translation
While working in a data room, you are able to send a secure file for translation at the click of a button. The file is sent using the CodexSafeDrop system and will be received and translated by a Codex translator who has signed a full NDA before starting work with us.
Secure typesetting service
Once the translation stage of the project is complete, we are able to offer a unique secure multilingual and domestic typesetting service for highly sensitive materials. This takes place in house in a secure room fitted with cameras, a swipe-card access system and a safe.
Monitoring and vetting
We provide full director and employee security vetting for due diligence and wider purposes. This includes implementing background and security checks specific to your industry and the relevant legislation and British Standards and issuing UKAS certification BS7858, which is inspected and accredited through IPSA (International Professional Security Association).
