The Priority Search
We utilise a unique methodology ‘The Priority Search’, that provides us with the most reliable and respondent friendly way of taking a long list of ideas and converting them into a set of priorities, from which organisations can make confident business decisions.
The Priority Search can be used to define consumer priorities relating to any product or service, from the look and feel of a new company brand through to the development of a community plan. By incorporating respondent feedback into the design of our questionnaires, we can reliably compare management defined agendas against respondent’s priorities for change. Utilising this methodology saves organizations time and money, particularly when carrying out research that is being used to inform future strategies or business opportunities.
A full range of research services
Codex Research provides clients with access to a team of experienced MRS accredited researchers and desktop publishers. We work with our customers to deliver everything from the design and development of questionnaires and the monitoring of quality control through to checking of data sets and full reporting and presentation services including tracking of data over time for benchmarking.
Our experienced interviewers offer a full range of fieldwork options from face to face and CATI telephone interviews through to hall testing and mystery shopping. Codex Research’s unique position as part of one of Europe’s leading language services organisations means we have access to any language services our clients may require. This includes the translation of respondent comments on questionnaires, the completion of in-depth interviews with non-English speaking respondents and the translation of surveys into multiple languages.
We also provide additional complementary services such as the printing and fulfilment of paper-based questionnaires, data entry of completed surveys and the design and maintenance of bespoke web surveys.
